We will refund all non-shipped orders when notified. Please note that all refunds will include a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been built.
- Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns due to change of mind or the item being unsuitable for your game.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Our company applies a 15% restocking fee on all cancelled orders. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking.
- Orders cancelled before shipping: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Orders cancelled after shipping: The customer is responsible for returning the products to our warehouse at their own expense. Once the items are received and inspected, the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
