Faulty or Defective Goods

We stand by the quality of the products we sell. If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to help.

New Golf Clubs & Equipment

  • If a new item is faulty due to a manufacturer defect, it may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with a description and photos of the issue.
  • If eligible, we will assist with a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Second-Hand Gear

  • All second-hand items are sold as-is with normal wear and tear expected.
  • However, if an item arrives with a major undisclosed defect that makes it unusable, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may offer a partial refund, exchange, or return, depending on the nature of the issue.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at  support@mygolfshop.com.au with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is deemed faulty, please note that return shipping costs would then be the responsibility of the sender.  If the item is deemed faulty then we will cover the shipping costs.
  4. Refund processing will happen within 14 days of being received and verified.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or regular wear and tear.
  • Custom-built products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been built.
  • Any second-hand item where the condition was clearly described in the listing.
  • Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns due to change of mind or the item being unsuitable for your game.

We accept returns of new, unused items for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
